Except in rare cases, we do not reply to incoming e-mails. In particular, we will not respond to questions about your own or your business's income tax situation. For questions about taxes, please contact the appropriate CRA office.

Do not send confidential information - such as your access code - via Internet e-mail. Our encryption system does not function on email.
