Media representatives are advised that David Kilgour, Secretary of State (Asia-Pacific), will be in Vancouver, British Columbia, on April 12, to deliver an address entitled "Re-engaging with Southeast Asia: The Business Case for Canadians" at a reception hosted by the Canada Singapore Business Association, the Malaysia Canada Business Council, and the Philippines-Canada Trade Council.
