replacing existing enforcement procedures
respecting money judgments with a
comprehensive consolidation of money
judgment enforcement remedies available to a
Saskatchewan judgment creditor.
A consultation document has been prepared to
outline the Department’s proposals for
addressing this issue and to ask for
comments with respect to certain choices
that have been made concerning
implementation of the proposed Bill. We
would appreciate receiving any comments you
