Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR)

Research at NMR Ottawa

A variety of NMR research goes on at NRC. NRC-SIMS specializes in materials characterization and technique development as well as structure determination of complex bio-organic compounds using NMR techniques and molecular modeling.

NRC-IBS is involved in bioanalysis, carbohydrate protein systems, eukaryotic gycobiology, immunobiology and immunochemistry.

NRC-ICPET contributes to research and development in five key areas: fuel cells, membrane separation, optical and electronic response materials, oil sands and bioproducts.
