  • If you have questions about the conduct of an RCMP member, you may call the CPC's Western Region office at 1-800-665-6878 and talk about your concerns with one of the CPC staff.

Who can make a complaint?

  • Anyone who has a concern about the conduct of an RCMP member can make a complaint. Even non-citizens can make a complaint. You do not have to be directly involved in the incident, you can make a complaint on behalf of someone else, or if you witnessed the incident leading to the complaint.

What happens after I contact the CPC?
