Rotorcraft

IAR operates a small fleet of research aircraft as an integral part of its research programs. This includes a number of rotorcraft, including a Bell 412 (ASRA - Advanced Systems Research Aircraft), Bell 205 and Bell 206. The Flight Research lab modifies, instruments and operates these aircraft to carry out its programs in fundamental aeronautical research and airborne applications.
