Seniors on the margins : Seniors from ethnocultural minorities presents National Advisory Council on Aging's (NACA) opinions and recommendations on the systemic flaws that may prevent ethnocultural minority seniors from benefiting from the full range of Canadian health and social care services. This paper identifies a number of factors, gaps and challenges with respect to the unmet needs of immigrant and visible minority seniors, and provides recommendations for reducing the marginalization of these seniors and ensuring that they have appropriate access to health information, services and care.
