Ringing Ears - Ontario

"I don't turn up my MP3 player as loud as I used to," says Carole Douglas of Thornhill, ON. "After turning it off, I'd notice a buzzing sound in my ears even though the house was completely quiet." Douglas was experiencing what's known as tinnitus or head noise. Exposing yourself to loud music like Douglas did can cause trauma to your ears.
