How is Confidential Business Information Kept Secure at the Commission?

The Commission has installed security facilities and equipment based on an evaluation of the physical site by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and their resulting recommendations.

All information supplied by an appellant to the Commission is privileged and is exempt from all provisions of the Access to Information Act.
