This is the second in a series of information bulletins designed to assist in understanding the Hazardous Materials Information Review Act (HMIRA) and Regulations (HMIRR), and the procedures followed by the Hazardous Materials Information Review Commission. This bulletin is intended to provide assistance in understanding the requirements of the relevant legislation, often by listing commonly asked questions and problems experienced with claim applications, and focuses on a number of areas where claimants appear to have difficulty.
