Terrorist property report

If you are a reporting person or entity, you have to send a terrorist property report to FINTRAC if you have property in your possession or control that you know is owned or controlled by or on behalf of a terrorist or a terrorist group. This includes information about any transaction or proposed transaction relating to that property.

Unlike other reports to FINTRAC, a terrorist property report is only submitted on paper. You cannot send this report electronically at this time.
