Client Services Survey

The Operations Branch of the Commission continues to receive valuable feedback from the Client Services Survey. “This ongoing effort is an integral part of the Commission’s renewal and re-engineering effort, and demonstrates our commitment to continuous high standards of service in the course of carrying out our responsibilities,” noted Weldon Newton, President and CEO.

Besides providing their indication of the quality of service and assistance provided, claimants also have the opportunity to put forward any comments or suggestions they might have regarding the Commission’s Client Services business line activities.
