Web service for buying and selling firearms between licensed individuals is not currently available from the internet.

There is an internet service for licensed firearm businesses to process transfers. If you are buying a firearm from a business or selling a firearm to a business you can go to the business location and for businesses with internet access the transaction can be completed on-line.
