Joseph Hubert

Joseph Hubert, NRC Council Member

Dr. Hubert holds a degree in chemical engineering from the École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Paris and a graduate degree in science from la Sorbonne.

He also obtained a Ph.D. in chemistry from the Université de Montréal, where he remained to undertake a teaching and research career in the field of analytical chemistry.

He is currently Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at the Unversité de Montréal. He was appointed to NRC's Council in October 2003. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the NRC Steacie Institute for Molecular Sciences.
