Custom Antibodies

The Custom Antibody Facility of the BRI provides extensive expertise and high quality production services of monoclonal or polyclonal antibodies to Canadian and international clients and partners. The Facility offers standard immunization protocols for the generation of polyclonal antisera in rabbit. As well, customized immunization and screening protocols for the production of mouse or rat hybridomas are offered. Generally, the customer supplies the antigen; however the BRI Peptide Synthesis Facility can prepare the antigen according to client's needs.

The Custom Antibody Facility is pleased to offer services for the production of:

  • Polyclonal antibody in rabbits
  • Monoclonal antibody in mice and rats
