Facility Description
The Biotechnology Research Institute opened its doors to companies in 1987. In 1998 and 2003, entire new adjoining wings were built to accommodate biotechnology companies. This scientific complex, known as the Industrial Partnership Facility (IPF), was designed to offer modern and modular laboratories that can be adapted to the needs of industrial partners. In addition, the IPF offers a unique opportunity to biotechnology firms; as partners, these firms will have access to the BRI's leading-edge R&D; professionals and know-how as well as specialized infrastructures, equipment and services.
