ACT REPEALED 2001, c. 6, s. 130

CIF, 2001, c. 6, s. 130, comes into force 90 days after the day on which this Act receives royal assent (assented to 10.05.2001) or on any later day previously fixed by order of the Governor in Council see s. 131. No order of the Governor in Council was issued, therefore, s. 130 in force 08.08.2001
