CCIRC provides the following services to IT professionals and managers of critical infrastructure and other related industries. These services are made available without charge.

• 24/7 coordination and support for incident response efforts
• 24/7 monitoring and analysis of the cyber threat environment (“watch and warning”)
• 24/7 information technology security-related technical advice
• National capacity building (standards, best practices, awareness, education)

In addition to its many services, the Centre offers a wide range of analytical releases, warnings (under the National Emergency Response System) and two week trend graphs.

The Centre posts information products on the Web, accessible to its constituents at all time.
