Information for Marketers, Buyers and Processors

The quality needs of international grain markets change with the demands of consumers. To meet these needs, the Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) provides timely, accurate and objective data on the quality of Canadian grain.

• Crop quality data, highlights and reports describes the quality of Canadian grain surveyed from the annual harvest on the Prairies and in Ontario in the CGC Harvest Survey.
• Export data and reports provides inspection and quality data on grain sampled from export cargoes.
