Nippon Flour Milling Company

Dr. Hideki Okusu was in North America for the annual meeting of the American Association of Cereal Chemists. He took advantage of the occasion to come to Winnipeg and visit the Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) to learn about the quality of this year’s wheat crop.
