Bille Upgrading Provisions for Existing Ships
Bille Class I Ships (Ships that are over five tons gross tonnage and are (i) Safety Convention ships that are certified to carry more than 12 passengers on long international voyages, or (ii) ships that are not Safety Convention ships and that are certified to carry more than 12 passengers on foreign voyages or home-trade voyages, Class I)
