We work closely with these agencies to ensure timely and accurate information on threats and vulnerabilities is obtained and disseminated to members of Canada’s national critical infrastructure.

  • Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP):
    Develops Information Technology Security (ITS) operational standards and technical documentation on subjects such as system monitoring and malicious software.
  • Canadian Security Intelligence Services (CSIS): Investigates and analyzes cyber threats to national security, as defined in the CSIS Act. Also provides security and intelligence advice, including threat and risk assessment information.
  • Communications Security Establishment (CSE):
    Provides advice and guidance in protecting the Government of Canada’s electronic information and information infrastructures. Also offers technical and operational assistance to federal law enforcement and security agencies.
