[s. 68 states that subsection 4(3) of the Yukon Act is repealed on the day that is 10 years after the day on which that subsection comes into force -- effective 01.04.2013]

[s. 69 states that subsection 22(1) of the Yukon Act is renumbered as section 22 and subsections 22(2) and (3) are repealed on the first day on which the final agreements agreements of all first nations, within the meaning the the Yukon First Nations Land Claims Settlement Act, chapter 34 of the Statutes of Canada, 1994, are in effect. The Minister shall publish a notice of that day in the Canada Gazette.]
