Message from the Acting Director of the Program Harmonization and Services Directorate (PHSD), Cynthia Armstrong

I have the pleasure of extending best wishes on behalf of the staff of the Program Harmonization and Services Directorate to our colleagues in the Canadian and International Industrial Security Directorate in honour of the 65th anniversary of the Industrial Security Program.

Over the years, this program has evolved considerably to meet the needs of the Government of Canada and I have no doubt the program will continue to evolve to the benefit of Canadian industry and Canadians.
