All bond owners must ensure that their correct address is on file with the Bank of Canada. Please notify us of any change in your mailing address as soon as possible. In order to avoid any delay to process your request, please be sure to include all information and provide all required signatures.

Certificated Bond Owners
Please call 1 800 575-5151 to report a change of address, or fill out the S839A Change of Address Form. After you have printed and completed the appropriate form, please sign where indicated and either mail to the address indicated below or fax to: 1 613 782-8096.

Payroll Savings Plan Owners
Please call
1 877 899-3599 to report a change of address, or fill out the PSPCA Change of Address Form. After you have printed and completed the appropriate form, please sign where indicated and either mail to the address indicated below or fax to: 1 613 782-7750.

The written request should include your previous address along with your new address, plus your Canada RSP or Canada RIF plan number.

NOTES:
If bonds or plans are registered to more than one owner, it will be necessary for all co-owners to authorize the change of address.
An authorized representative may sign on behalf of a registered bond owner, if a certified true copy of the document(s) indicating his/her official capacity has been provided. Fax and/or photocopies will not be accepted. Please mail certified true copies with the change of address request to the address above.
Only one change of address request is required to have your records updated.
