For people from Lebanon wishing to extend their temporary stay in Canada

Sympathetic consideration will be given to applications from visitors, students and temporary workers from Lebanon seeking to extend their temporary stay in Canada. To be considered for an extension, you must apply. The required application kit is called Applying to Change Conditions or Extend Your Stay in Canada - Visitor (IMM5551).

1-800-457-5035 to request that the application kit be mailed to you. The application kit will generally be delivered within one week to 10 days of an order being received.

If your application for an extension of visitor status is unlikely to reach our office before your visitor status in Canada expires, please add a note to your application explaining the reason for your delay in applying for an extension.
