Applying as a Convention Refugee or as a Humanitarian — Protected Person Abroad

This application is for persons in need of protection who wish to resettle in Canada as refugees. To qualify, an applicant must meet the definition of a Convention Refugee seeking resettlement or be a member of the Humanitarian Designated Classes. It is recommended that you refer to the accompanying guide before submitting your application forms. The guide contains program descriptions and definitions that will help determine if you qualify for resettlement to Canada as a refugee.
