Applying as a Convention Refugee or as a Humanitarian — Protected Person Abroad

This application is for persons in need of protection who wish to resettle in Canada as refugees. To qualify, an applicant must meet the definition of a Convention Refugee seeking resettlement or be a member of the Humanitarian Designated Classes. It is recommended that you refer to the accompanying guide before submitting your application forms.
