*Pour les attestations de sécurité d'installations TRÈS SECRET, seuls les dirigeants ou les associés qui doivent avoir directement accès à des renseignements ou à des biens TRÈS SECRET et, lorsqu'il faut archiver les renseignements et les biens TRÈS SECRET dans les locaux de l'organisme, seuls les dirigeants ou les associés directement responsables des secteurs organisationnels visés par les travaux TRÈS SECRET doivent être titulaires de la cote Très Secret. Les autres membres du personnel doivent être cotés au niveau SECRET.
