CIISD's Call Centre now serves both the Industrial Security Program and the Controlled Goods Program. As the delivery of the ISP continues to change, the call centre ensures an expedient, informed response to your queries. If an inquiry requires a specialized response, it will be referred to a subject matter expert who will respond within a 24 hour period.
