Description

One of our mandates is the development of the Sherbrooke Biomedical Park which offers over 8,000,000 sq. ft. of development capacity. The site is zoned for biotechnology and health related research and development. You will find, on the site, the Centre hospitalier universitaire de Sherbrooke (CHUS), the CHUS Clinical Research Center, the Sherbrooke Institute of Pharmacology and the University of Sherbrooke's Faculty of Medicine. Sites are also available for the construction of free standing facilities. BioMed Développement is active at the international level to recruit and establish small and large biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.
