Corporations DirectorateDescriptionThe Corporations Directorate is charged with administering the: - Canada Business Corporations Act (CBCA); - Canada Corporations Act (CCA-non-profit); - Boards of Trade Act (BOTA); - Canada Cooperative Associations Act (CCAA); and - several other corporate laws governing federal companies, except the financial intermediaries.
