Computational VideoProjective Vision ToolkitVideo sequences are very widely available and are continuing to proliferate with the availability of inexpensive video cameras and the Internet. A challenge is to process video sequences with no knowledge about the camera used to acquire it. Tools for projective computer vision can enhance the ability to perform this task. In the Projective Vision Toolkit project, researchers create, update and maintain a set of tools that can be used to process video sequences. The toolkit enables the computation of projective quantities such as:
Toolkit applications include:
The Projective Vision Toolkit is the underlying technology NRC-IIT researchers use in a variety of projects in the field of computational video. The executables in binary form can be downloaded from the Projective Vision Toolkit web site, along with a set of test images. Research ContactDr. Gerhard Roth Business ContactDr. George Forester |
