Health Initiative

The Health Initiative aims to promote the formation of an e-Health cluster in New Brunswick. We define e-Health broadly by the use of Information Technology in healthcare, and address various issues from web-enabled services to data mining.

The group carries out research in: data processing, data integration, security, and web usability.

The e-Health research group's key competencies are: data mining, data clustering, OLAP, collaborative filtering, wavelets, operational research, subdivision schemes.
