How to Become a Registered Trade-mark Agent

Rule 21 of the Trade-marks Regulations (1996) explains how to have one's name entered on the list of trade-mark agents.

Any person wishing to sit for the qualifying examination must meet the qualifications set out in Rule 18 of the Trade-marks Regulations (1996). Previous years' examinations may be of assistance and are available by contacting the Reproduction and Sales Section.
