On Tuesday August 30, 2005, at the Crowne Plaza Ottawa, from 3:00pm to 3:40pm, Andrew Reddick [Director (Acting), Research Programs, New Brunswick] and William McIver [Group Leader (Acting), e-Government/e-Citizen] of NRC-IIT present the track: e-Government Best Practices and Benchmarking, Developing People-Centered Solutions: The Role of the National Research Council Canada in Research on e-Government and Citizen Engagement.

The National Research Council is presenting a series of four seminars on human-centered technologies and behavioural science. Each seminar will highlight a different research area of NRC involving the study of human subjects: People in Buildings; Aviation Human Factors; Information Technology; Neuroscience and Health.
