Safeguard Complaints-Inquiry Not Yet Initiated

The Tribunal has adopted a new notification procedure for global safeguard complaints and safeguard complaints in respect of imports from China. From now on, the Tribunal will post on its Web site a table listing complaints received and for which an inquiry has yet to be initiated. No submissions from interested parties will be accepted by the Tribunal during the period preceding its decision on whether to initiate an inquiry into a particular complaint.

A copy of the public complaint will be posted on the Tribunal Web site should an inquiry be initiated.
