Notice: CIC has introduced a new simplified application process for federal skilled workers and business immigrants.

Most of the applications you will need for immigration services outside Canada are available on this site. If you cannot use Adobe® Acrobat, you may obtain applications for use outside Canada by contacting a Canadian embassy, high commission or consulate abroad.

If you wish to apply to live, work, study, or sponsor family or refugees in the province of Quebec, you should contact the Ministère de l’Immigration et des Communautés culturelles or one of the Quebec immigration offices abroad.

Temporary Residence Applications:

• Working in Canada
• Studying in Canada
• Visiting Canada

Permanent Residence Applications:

• Skilled Worker Class
• Business Class
• Family Class
• Convention Refugees Abroad and Humanitarian Protected Persons Abroad

Sponsorship Applications:

• Spouse, Common-Law or Conjugal Partner and Dependent Children

Other Applications:

• Applying for a Travel Document (Permanent Resident Abroad)
• Rehabilitation for Persons who are Inadmissible to Canada because of Past Criminal Activity
• Use of a Representative
• Release of Information to an Individual
