Victim Impact Statements
A Victim Impact Statement is a written account of the harm or
loss suffered by a victim of crime. The Victim Impact Statement
will be read in court at the sentence hearing.
Victim Impact Statement forms are available at any RCMP detachment. To
make sure you complete the Victim Impact Statement form properly, be sure
to read and follow the instructions in the
Victim Impact Statement Guide.
