These Regulations may be cited as the Hazardous Products (Booster Cushions) Regulations. 2. In these Regulations, "booster cushion" means any product included in item 45 of Part II of Schedule I to the Hazardous Products Act. (coussin d'appoint) 3. A booster cushion may be advertised, sold or imported only if it meets the specifications set out in Schedule 5 to the Motor Vehicle Restraint Systems and Booster Cushions Safety Regulations.
