Source: http://laws.justice.gc.ca/en/F-11/SOR-93-485/text.html Regulation current to September 15, 2006 Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Criminal Record Verification for Civil Purposes Fee Regulations SOR/93-485 Registration 23 September, 1993 FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Criminal Record Verification for Civil Purposes Fee Regulations P.C. 1993-1822 23 September, 1993 His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Solicitor General of Canada and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 19(1)(a)* of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Regulations prescribing the fee to be paid for the verification of a criminal record for civil purposes. * S.C. 1991, c. 24, s. 6 REGULATIONS PRESCRIBING THE FEE TO BE PAID FOR THE VERIFICATION OF A CRIMINAL RECORD FOR CIVIL PURPOSES 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Criminal Record Verification for Civil Purposes Fee Regulations. 2. The fee to be paid by an individual for the verification by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police of a criminal record for civil purposes is $25. |
