Under Secretary of State for Global Affairs Paula Dobriansky and Canadian Ambassador to the U.S. Michael F. Kergin on 1 June 2004 signed the "Agreement for Cooperation in Science and Technology for Critical Infrastructure Protection and Border Security" in Washington, D.C. This is the Agreement that PSTP operates under, and allows collaborative security S&T; projects to move forward.
