ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL

Having considered the above application and the submissions from the President of the Canada Border Services Agency, and being satisfied that the conditions set out in section 60.2 of the Customs Act have been met, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal grants the extension of time and allows until January 13, 2006, for Spirito Italia SRL Inc. to file a request for re-determination or further re-determination of the decision of the President of the Canada Border Services Agency.
