Our Library

Located on the Ground Floor of the National Energy Board (NEB) building, the Library serves as a valuable resource for Staff, members of the energy industry and the public. We are also responsible for NEB publications distribution. Contact publications@neb-one.gc.ca for information regarding our publications.

Our collection and services:

  • We provide access to all NEB publications. Many NEB documents, publications and study results as well as public service information are available free of charge.
  • We are the repository for all current applications, hearing documents, license agreements and correspondence.
  • We subscribe to over 250 journals dealing with all aspects of the energy industry. We also receive several newsletters and updates from energy related businesses across North America.
  • Our reference section is comprised of almanacs, statistical publications, directories and handbooks.
  • Our specialized monograph collection is available through interlibrary loan only. We report our holdings to the National Library.
  • Tours are available.
