Submit a DocumentThe Board encourages individuals, companies and organizations, who have access to our document repository, to submit documents electronically using one of our on-line forms.
Submitting your Documents ElectronicallyUse the following form to submit electronic documents to the Board from your computer. Documents must be submitted in Adobe Acrobat or PDF format. For instructions on how to create PDF documents, you may access the NEB's Filer's Guide to Electronic Submission [PDF: 529 KB]. Also, you may view a list of filings and types of documents that can be filed electronically [HTML]. You must mail or fax one paper copy of your documents to the Board after submitting them electronically. What if the Filer's Guide to Electronic Submission doesn't cover my type of filing? Applying to participate in an NEB HearingBelow are three on-line forms that you may use to apply to participate in an NEB hearing. When you use these forms, your document is created and submitted entirely on-line and there is no need to file a paper copy with the Board.Government Participant StatusIn the future, an on-line form will be available for the Declaration of Government Participant Status. At the present time, you may download the form [PDF: 68 KB] [WORD: 265 KB] and submit it in one of the ways explained at the top of this page. |
