Dear Mr. Watson:

In light of the recent signing of various collective agreements, I have authorised similar increases in rates of pay for employees excluded from collective bargaining within these groups.

The group and level affected is the Primary Products Inspection Group - PI-7, Terminable Allowance.

The Head of Human Resources in your organisation has been notified of these increases and provided with the revised rates of pay. I am enclosing a copy of the French version of this letter for the use of your French-speaking officers.

Yours sincerely,
