The Crown Corporation Policy and Information Division provides expertise and guidance on the governance, control and
accountability of Crown corporations and shared-governance corporations, and performs corporate monitoring and information
functions required by the Financial Administration Act.
The policy research, development and co-ordination supports the Crown corporations regime by addressing horizontal issues. The
information collection supports the preparation of the President of the Treasury
Board's Annual Report to Parliament on Crown Corporations and Other Corporate Interests of Canada.
