Primary EMO office in the North Slave area associated with the territorial EMO. Works with the RCMP when requested. One member has received training in outdoor survival, map reading, compass use, treatment of hypothermia, and other SAR techniques. Resources include pick-up trucks and portable, hand-held radios with a base station and repeater. Four staff.
