Receives training and support from NSGSARA. Members are trained in wilderness survival, search dog use, rappelling, and other SAR techniques. Some members receive search management training. Teaches preventive SAR to children using the "Lost-in-the-Woods" program. Offers training in map reading and compass use to local community groups. Founded 1969. Fifty to sixty volunteer members.
