Receives training and support from NSGSARA. Members receive initial training in basic SAR techniques from the provincial Department of Natural Resources. Some members receive search management training, attend training sessions with local CASARA and CCGA members. Teaches preventive SAR to schools and local community groups using the "Hug-a-Tree" program. Founded 1972. Sixty-five volunteer members.
