Provides air SAR support and avalanche control services for Parks Canada. Pilots receive training in helicopter sling manoeuvres, mountain rescue techniques, and helicopter safety. All pilots receive training certification from Parks Canada. Has agreements with Kananaskis Country and several B.C. provincial parks to provide air SAR support when requested. Gives helicopter safety presentations to local fire departments, the RCMP, and other organizations. Founded 1987. Four full-time and three seasonal pilots.
